Contract Role for a Part Time HR Regulatory Compliance AnalystRemote for COVID-19Best person is flexible with Part Time hours. Manager is open to someone 5 to 6 hours a day or three days/week right now Additional experience: Employment Regulatory Compliance or even HR AnalystDescription:Client Global Ecommerce is responsible for defining, enforcing and promoting policies, programs and products to ensure safe transactions and create trust perception across our marketplace businesses and to create trust among our associates. Client eCommerce is looking for a temporary Employment Compliance Analyst for Regulatory Compliance.This person will help execute employment compliance procedures as well as support special projects. This role requires an agile associate who is detail oriented, organized, has strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with associates at various levels.Responsibilities will involve daily and weekly monitoring of employment compliance data streams related to I9/work authorization documents, independent contractors, onboarding and offboarding documents, employment posters and other related employment issues. May help design and build process, reports and scorecards to support these workstream or help with special employment compliance requests in response to the Covid virus.Required Skills/Experience:• 3+ years' experience, preferably in Employment Compliance, HR, or as an employment law paralegal • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience • Must have prior experience completing and tracking I9/work authorization documents, and doing so for a very large employer is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through • An ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be competent in use of Microsoft Suite. No travel is necessary. This, temporarily, is a work from home position until our corporate offices reopen.
