Welcome to the cutting-edge of influencer marketing. BEN’s Performance Marketing team works with Influencers to drive real sales and ROI for a wide variety of brands. Leveraging data and artificial intelligence, Performance team members create and run brand marketing plans, including crafting messaging points, selecting and negotiating with influencers, and optimizing for best results.An Influencer Coordinator is helping that machine roll forward. You will be helping team members with reviewing influencer content, analyzing content for trends that correlate with performance, and keeping track of it all in our systems. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of influencer media plans, timelines, and status reports for internal stakeholder and external client needs
  • Research and identify social media influencers whose style aligns with the brand
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers and negotiate pricing, terms of contract, and other project-specific details
  • Assist in the coordination of media for campaign needs
  • Help prepare materials for promotional planning, new business pitches, and special projects
  • Review videos, images, and other media to ensure requirements are met
  • Analyze content performance to optimize ongoing strategies
  • Take responsibility and accountability for assigned campaigns, managing all communication and tasks, occasionally outside of normal business hours
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Be familiar with analyzing data and information to draw out insights (especially via Excel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 1+ year experience with digital marketing campaigns, media buying/planning, or other influencer-based marketing
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Excellent grammar
  • Works well under pressure, as some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines
