We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work in our upscale Draper office!

Job Description

You'll be providing world class customer support and direction to customers inquiring about returning retail items. This will be done via the phone in a call center environment, receiving inbound calls. No sales, no up-selling, no outbound calls.

  • Answering inbound calls from customers
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Retain current customer base by providing excellent customer service
  • Track all customer service requests and queries
  • Taking first call from customers
  • Answering customer queries and enquiries via telephone and email
  • Share customer knowledge and solve customer enquiries
  • Take ownership of solving customer issues through proactive customer service
  • Deliver a high quality customer service to all customers and call handling standards
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service
