Maintain accurate inventories throughout the plant via the inventory control process. Facilitate the process by working closely with all departments within the plant with a dotted line to the Fulfillment Manager. Assist the plant in performing all inventory activities within the guidelines for physical inventory exemption. Perform the Warehouse stock replenishment process. Assistance within the plant in other functions where needed.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Product Returns and DeliveriesInspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the  returns  forms and documents. Ensure customer satisfaction through  handling  of product  returns  and exchanges. Maintain and manage a database of all product  returns  and exchanges. Adhere to and comply with corporate standards and procedures in  handling returns .
  • Assist plant inventory control process:Complete assigned cycle counts daily for different plant departments. Perform auditing functions, via maintenance of records and working closely with all departments. Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies. Responsible for updating the Warehouse Material Master. Perform routine interdepartmental meetings publicizing department inventory metrics. Must be able to enter and move about the physical Plant and outdoor environment to expedite the root cause analysis process and also to effectively perform the duties and responsibilities of the position Inspect and reconcile quantities delivered with that of the documents.
  • Stock Replenishment Process Perform the Warehouse stock replenishment process, ensuring stock levels are maintained to expedite the order picking process.
  • Performing STOP safety audits and entering data in Auditmatic (STOP Database).
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
  • PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • 1+ year’s experience in inventory control processes.
  • Fork truck license preferred.
  • Working knowledge of systems in place for inventory movement such as SAP and RF scanning devices
  • Good understanding of overall plant processes and workflow.
  • Good understanding of the stock replenishment process.
  • Good understanding of production planning systems and inventory management.
  • Proficient in MS office and general computer knowledge.
  • OTHER CRITERIA/COMMENTS:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate internally to peers and off shift personnel.
  • Must be positive, cooperative, self-motivated, and willing to help others.
  • Hourly position, overtime may be required, including Saturdays and/or holidays.
  • Wear required PPE.
  • Follow all Company Policies.
  • Job functions will require standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling during workday.
