 AR Jr Accountant


 We are looking for a highly motivated AR Junior Accountant who will take on the challenges of daily customer support while applying best practices. This team member will be responsible for daily tasks of cash applications sourcing from wires and checks as well as correlated reconciliations. This role will work in connection with the finance department to achieve customer satisfaction and a smooth workflow.


  • Track and respond to Internal inquiries regarding payment application
  • Provide day to day support for AR and other finance related inquiries
  • Weekly and monthly Reconciliations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Ability to work and communicate among multiple teams and functions
  • Excellent communication skills including knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Established time management abilities
  • Expert problem solver
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and/or any other products within the Microsoft Suite
  • Computer literacy and quick typing speed and accuracy

  • Past related experience with finance/accounting job or customer service
  • Preferred experience working in the technical industry
