We are searching for friendly, hard-working SUPERHEROS to join our team.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Making contact with customers as reminders of upcoming services
  • Taking sales calls from sales representatives
  • Saving a cat from a burning building
  • Sending emails to customers explaining their services
  • Processing payments
  • Working with management to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Other general office duties
  • This job might be for you if:

  • You like helping people. You get a kick out of getting people to those “NICE!” moments.
  • You are patient and level-headed. Teaching someone something new makes you feel warm and fuzzy.
  • You enjoy solving problems. You don’t get flustered easily. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.
  • You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • You communicate clearly. You write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
  • You have:

  • Great people skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Prior customer service experience (doesn’t have to be the traditional kind)
  • Data entry skills
  • Empathy is your middle name

    Hours are 7am-3pm Monday through Friday. Pay rate: $11-15/hr, based on Super Powers
