Thanksgiving Point Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit farm, garden and museum complex that draws upon the natural world to cultivate transformative family learning.
Responsibilities: Assist the Harvest Restaurant Manager in day to day operations of a full-service restaurant. Oversee floor operations as well as identifying areas of concern. Train, supervise and assist front of house staff, and fill in at the manager's absence. Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements: Candidate must have strong organization skills and 2-4 years prior serving experience with previous supervisory or managerial experience. Must have strong leadership abilities and communication skills to maintain a team environment and provide a great guest experience. Word, and Excel skills preferred.
Shifts: This is a full-time position that includes a benefit package. Must have full availability M-Sat. Shifts will vary according to business needs. Some holidays will be needed.
